1. The state is to blame for the cases relating to the tourist deaths, because there was not enough signage close to the blowhole.

2. The tourist should be blamed because they didn't read the signage that was posted in the area.

3. The tourist are to blame because they were preforming reckless activities around the natural attractions, such as the case of David Potts reportedly "dancing" around the blowhole, and Daniel Dick "straddling" the explosive water spout.

Tourists are responsible for taking percaution when wandering on unfamiliar teritory.

The park should have more specific signs warning tourists about the dangers of the blowholes.

The Maui Nakalele Point sign should be better maintained and stand out so people will notice the danger signs.

1. It's the tourists fault for not reading the signs provided at the attractions they went to.

2. The state should be held liable be
cause they didn't put enough warning sign to warn the tourists that it was an unofficial trail.

3. It's the tourists fault for not listening to the news, because after Pott's incident with the blowhole, tourists still decided to go near the cautioned area.

We believe that depending on the situation the government shouldn't be at fault for the injuries that occurred in the state because of the warning signs the state issued.

The government should be at fault for all the injuries that occurred in the state because the government is responsible for warning people about the dangers in the state.

The government should never be blamed for the injuries of people in the state, because people should have common sense and the government has done more then enough to warn people about the dangers.

After the many deaths in Hawaiis natural landmarks, many feel the state should be liable for the amount of injuries and deaths occurred while visitors should be responsible for their own choices.

The tourists should be blamed for things such as the blowhole incident, because there was a sign stating "Park and walk at your own risk".

The state should be blamed otherwise because of the lack of warnings and misleading information given to tourists.

Tourists are liable to take precautions since it is a dangerous area and has a history of injuries or deaths

The Park should put fencing, blocking off certain areas that are dangerous.

The park may not be held liable for the injuries since they do have warning signs around the park.
